How to do it
- Place your feet on an elevated surface and your hands on the floor.
- Form a straight line from your head to your heels.
- Lower your body by bending your elbows to bring your chest toward the floor.
- Keep your core tight to avoid arching your back.
- Push to return to the start by extending your elbows.
- The higher your feet, the more the upper chest is loaded.
Common mistakes
- Arching the lower back with the feet elevated
- Letting the head drop below the line
- Doing half reps without lowering the chest
