If you're having trouble signing in, try resetting your password from the login screen. If the issue persists, contact us with your registered email address.
Myosin stores all your data locally on your device. Your workouts, routines, and metrics sync automatically to the cloud when you're online. If you notice sync issues, ensure you have an active internet connection and try reopening the app.
You can request deletion of your Myosin account and all associated data in two ways:
Option 1 — From the app (recommended)
Option 2 — Without the app
If you no longer have Myosin installed, send an email to myosinapp@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Myosin account. Use the subject “Delete my account”. We will process your request and confirm by email within 7 days.
