How to do it
- Stand holding the bar with a pronated grip resting in front of your thighs.
- Keep a slight bend in your elbows and your torso tight.
- Raise the bar in front of you to shoulder height.
- Lift under control without using hip momentum.
- Lower under control to the starting position.
