How to do it
- Lie on your back with your hands behind your head and legs raised and bent.
- Lift your shoulder blades off the floor by contracting your abs.
- Bring one elbow toward the opposite knee while extending the other leg.
- Alternate the movement, rotating your torso to bring the other elbow to the opposite knee.
- Keep a controlled pace, focusing the rotation in the obliques, not pulling the neck.
